We at Evolve Auto offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery of your item. If you wish to return your item, it must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact. You also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at refunds@evolveauto.com.au If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that we will not accept items returned to us without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
We strongly advise that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Please note that sale items or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, we suggest that you return the item and place a separate order for the new item. This will ensure the fastest possible delivery of your desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
